I'm finding myself increasingly wondering if I've forgotten something and before anyone suggests it's my age, remember I know most of you and I am ONLY 36!!!

The number of times one of my sons has told me something and I can't even remember the conversation (ok they could be pulling a fast one I know)

When making appointments I have to set a reminder on my phone so I don't forget it!!

I really don't think it is a sign of going senile more a case of life being so hectic that sometimes I'm sure I'm meeting myself coming backwards!!

anyone else suffering from the same fate??
Wait till you pass 60. This forgetting things really kicks in.

As for the other side of 70 …. Don’t ask.

I am aware that I have forgotten something but for the life in me can’t think what it was even if it happened a second or two ago.

To make sure that I do not forget to take the various pills that I have to take or take two lots in one day, I mark the individual pills in the blister packs with the days of the week.

Appointments get noted on a calendar that I cannot help but see.
