Most herbalists sell it in tablet/capsule form. I get mine from Healthspan in Guernsey (vat free). If you google you can find out more about it.
The tree is originally chinese - I think there are some in UK, but few and far between. It also helps poor circulation and Reynauds Syndrome because it thins the blood slightly, but not dangerously.
