Unfortunately Willow the P.C. Brigade always prefer Hysterical to Historical, they don't seem to understand that the general public have enough intelligence to work out for themselves that they are the attitudes people used to have, they won't give us the benefit of the doubt that a cartoon character started over 70 years ago won't change us all into raving bigots.
By the way when you were a child and watched Tom and Jerry did it ever persuade you to pick up an axe and slice a cat into pieces? I'm sure your answer is the same as mine, which is no, because you knew it was just an animation, but the P.C. brigade won't allow your children to watch such horrors in case they are influenced!
