I love those sort of evenings.

Sometimes we play daft games like charades or have cookery sessions or do crafty things. We have a family evening once a week and the next one planned is to do stage two of some shield plaque things we are making with 'coat of arms' to depict ourselves. Bit mad, bit messy but lots of fun.
