I hope you never have cause to use their services. Dorothy acts selflessly for the people of Accrington who need her help in many forms. For example she has helped with counselling the bereaved - what would you have them do? Move out of town? But then again knowing Dorothy she would still help you despite your criticism.
Whoever you are I would say you could do with a bit of help for your peevish attitude.
