If I were the one staying alive my last words to the one doing the dying would be, “Goodbye and thanks for the memories.”

If it were me doing the dying my last words would be, “Goodbye! Shed a tear at my passing if you must but don’t remember me because I have died, remember me because I have lived.”

However in this day and age with all the gadgets around the thing to do would be to create a video diary or at least a sound diary that won’t be shown/listened to until after I’ve gone.
