my son past is driving test this week yippie untill he seen the price of car insurance.it got me thinking .a tv report showed that 1 out of 8 drivers under 25 caused road traffic acidents what about the other 7 out of 8 seems to me the goverment are using young drivers to take traffic of the roads there on about changing age limited making them drive for twelve months with instructers before going in fort the test.i think they are trying to make driving for the rich .this is a good way of them reducing the number of vehicles in the futer being on the roads .making the young to take the blame when there is a hidden agender.why not make them drive for a period in 1000cc cars or less and have them resticted to a set mile per hour .
