I consoled myself with the fact I had got my sentimental items back and from the writing had guessed it was an elderly person so decided they needed the money more desperately than me..
and yes I did wonder if they had found the purse already empty of cash, but they had put in the letter exactly where they had found it and it was where I had just left!!

honestly think the cash had already gone red,dont make sense otherwise.
