I dont believe that any of it is due to Global Warming. Things like this have happened before: Ice Age anyone??

There was also something in the Mid Ages a bit like what we are experiencing now, and you didn't see them Jetting around the world, driving round in Range Rovers and spraying deodorant before they went out!!

I'm not saying that CO2 omissions don't help it along a bit, but I think even if we all drove round in Toyota Prius's this would still be happening!!
