As another pedant, I must agree - an option is not a fact.
It was a fact that there wasn't a roof.
It was an option to build a roof.
The option is being taken.
It is now a fact (unless Kipax is taking his pictures somewhere else
) that a roof is being built.
It will be an option to put seats under that roof.
It is not necessarily a fact that anyone is considering that option.
