I also spotted they have put one up on Hyndburn road as if you where going to the asda from the motorway side.  It is where the park is  :-/ , so all them times they set up that mobile one, i think it was to see if they could put one up.  I wouldn't mind about them as much as i do if some of the money went to useful things (like charity) not just to meet their budgets.  &gt;
