Thank you Mallard!!! I have had many hot bath's in 3 weeks
but I agree with the pain killer bit!! At the moment I'm doped up on solpadol disolvables, which is the only thing that take the pain away but they weren't prescribed for my ankle, I got them about 6 months ago!!
