Weren't they directed on how to apply for asylum in UK? I'm not trying to justify just leaving them there of course but if you just let in people who work in some way for the country then doesnt that just defeat the whole object of claiming asylum in the first place?
There are a lot of polish people working in the country but they've obviously had to claim some form of asylum first, yet people are always complaining still that foreigners are getting all the jobs., so the government cant really win.
Why dont we trade some dole dossers for them, that would keep most people happy.
