As an aside (hope not wandering Mick) .. did you see the lovely piccie in the Observer of a back yard in Burnley Road that had been transformed by the lady resident into a floral paradise with planters climbers, etc.. beautiful. Please note Lancs Yorkee a yard here is an area of high walls and flag floors .. not a garden... 
Seems some students from Myerscough College had converted a yard in India street into a 'peaceful haven' to inspire people to make use of their back yards, which in turn inspired this lady. What a lovely idea. |
