when Tim O Kane was Labour leader of the Labour group on Hyndburn Council, he was the object of John Farrar's attention, regularly doing verbal battle in the Accrington Observer, never once did he get the better of Tim. Both of these gentlemen are known to me, as now is Gary,(rindy) and I can assure all our members the outcome will be the same.
