Sort of similar to the 'What music are you listening to' thread over in the Music section.

So howsabout it? Last film you watched? Enjoyed it? Hated it?

I watched The Aviator the other night, the biographical drama about Howard Hughes. I've been wanting to watch it since it's release as I'm a big fan of Scorsese pictures but never got the chance until Saturday.

I thought the casting was brilliant (well, aside from her who played Katharine Hepburn - I've never wanted to punch an on screen character quite so much for their accent!

) the plot moved along brilliantly, quite dark themes intertwined with quite a lot of humour, typical Scorsese.

I would recommend this to anyone who hasn't seen it yet, it's a very good film all round.
