I would save your money and try and get a mortgage if possible. We are renting at the moment because of unforseen circumstances and we are throwing money away. If you want to get out now then all the reputable estate agents have plenty of nice houses in nice areas and if your credit isnt good then you can have a guarantor and that shoudnt be a problem as long as they get their money at the end of the month!
