Pretty poor overall today, but I don't think it's a case of throwing everything out with the bath water (baby, soap, moisturiser.....
).
We played some ok football in midfield (nice triangles, etc), but like a eunuch in a brothel, we lacked penetration. There was very little happening in the last third of the field, which is strange when you consider our front line.
Not all doom and gloom, but we need to work on quite a few things before we get better. Perhaps when Carden is fit he'll add something to our creativity? Or maybe if Mr C makes a comeback?
