As the person that is gonna be serving you all on that night it would help me immensely if I had an idea of numbers, purely so I can figure out if I'm gonna be able to cope alone or if it'd be better for me to have someone helping out!
When the meeting was initially booked then the number of people put into the diary, by the chairman of the club who took the booking, was 50-ish people......and yes, we are having a pump fitted on Monday and have ordered 2 nine barrels of real ale for Saturday night as well, so just having a vague idea of numbers would help me out a lot.....therefore I am throwing myself on your mercy and hoping that maybe there could be a roll call of sorts!!
