not sure its still going i used to get the 90/91 outside the mobile phone shop accross from the market
it goes a long way round and is not that often.
if thats not running i think you will have to get one from Accrington to Blackburn then from blackburn to the hospital.
but i am sure someone who has been more resent will let you know
