However, by way of explanation; Accrington and district is a small former industrial town that has to compete with its bigger neighbours for local support; that said we are at the beginning of our league journey and despite the lack of numbers we are a team that can make a tremendous noise in terms of support and we are more than capable of upsetting the likes of Bristol Rovers on the pitch.
