I agree with Macca about the goalkeeping situation. I said this last year - DunSavin' is not, has not been, and never will be good enough at this level - or any other reasonably high level for that matter. He has no command of his area, he dithers, he panics the defence and, above all, costs us matches!
A win last night would have and could have put us in the right frame of mind for Saturday. Instead, Coley, for reasons known to himself, leaves out the guy who is fast becoming a legend and replaces him with a player who sets back the confidence of the defence to last season's levels. I tend, generally speaking, to back Coley's decisions, but this one I cannot understand. Winning is a habit, as, unfortunately, is losing. Last night gave us a real opportunity to stop the losing habit - unfortunately it was an opportunity spurned, in order to give a "has-been" or "never-will-be"goalkeeper the chance of a game. As Macca said, we would be far better off with Fearon, young as he is, as our No 2 keeper.
