I guess since Eric did his bragging I can feel okay with our successes down and over here. It was a great year for corn, eggplant, peppers, beans, beets, all squashes, kale, swiss chard, potatoes, asparagus, tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet potatoes, watermelon, pumpkins, and yes sunflowers! It was a pretty bad year for turnips, cole crops, carrots, spinach, and soybeans.
The hot dry weather encouraged alot more insect damage than should be expected. Also, kept me from getting alot of grass clippings for mulching.
Landscaping and fruit trees had apretty good year.
Jambutty, I bet you can't wait to see all that work pay off next spring. It should be gorgeous!
