Some people get lured over here with false promises and then just exploited don't they? I don't know how bad the program was because I didn't watch it but I heard recently 4 Eastern Europeans were arrested in Morecambe Bay for illegal cockling (yes, after all that happened with those Chinese cocklers drowning!) and a fifth man, an Englishman, escaped in a vehicle. Presumably he'd conned them into doing the job and would be planning on making a nice profit out of them.
