Yeh very true, he himself is a reformed gambling addict, dealt with his brothers drug addiction, his sis-in-law was a former sufferer of anorexia, also put himself out in order to see his children after his relationship broke down, now teenagers, did a radio version of the show for years. So quite a bit of personal experience which is why he is direct to the point, not like te softly approach Tricia does. Personally i like his method, some of the people on the show need a ticking off to be put in the right direction & stands up for the british tax payers daily LOL!
