It's just reminded me with Willow mentioning G force, did a tandem paraglide jump from 5,500 feet whilst on holiday in Turkey and the bloke I was attached too

asked if I wanted to do a spiral spin which was ace and that was 2 G's...and yes I have the video of me screaming to prove it
