IBM WebSphere Developer Technical Journal: Exploring new network topologies made possible by WebSphere XD and the On Demand Router) and J2EE applications. Knowledge of AIX, XML and SQL is also handy as is a bit of MQ and Message Broker.
I actually applied for this role as a permie job about 9 months ago but at that time they didn't really know what they wanted. In the end they wanted "Code Monkeys" rather than Infrastructure specialists like myself (Although I was a code monkey for 5 years I've not done any in anger for about 4 years). If I was still working at Accenture I'd have sent my CV in for it without doubt.
