Dont know if anyone has noticed this but in the accy observer this week in the notices there is one from the secretary of state REDUCING the speed limit on 'highway in the sky' and hassy bypass's to 50 mph. From the roundabout at rising bridge to the intersection with the M65 one way and the M66 the other way. How many people stick to the speed limits anyway?
