Are you talking to me? I have no reason to be ashamed. I'm not disabled so I don't even have a blue badge let alone abuse one. It would appear that you disagree with the rules concerning these blue badges, well I'm sorry but I don't make the rules. Whether you like it or not, I would not be booked if I took a disabled relative shopping (for her benefit of course) and parked in a bay using her blue badge.
