Yes they do but it is on the reverse side that must be displayed and thus not visible. I’m not sure why the powers that be have decreed that the photo is on the reverse side but I seem to recall it was something to do with personal safety.
If someone asked me to prove that my Blue Badge is actually mine by showing them the reverse side I would tell them to go and jump in the lake.
However if a Policeman, Traffic Warden or one of these PCSO’s asked me I would have to show them. |
