No definitly sounds to cheap to me. Hope you like chewing it's coarse grained meat, the only one worse is Elk and reindeer we used to eat in Sweden. Reindeer Salami is tough Venison,depending on the type of deer need,s the enzimes breaking down. I suggest you seek the advice of the 'sites' trained Chef Mr Ian 'Ntwhistle.
