We have acquired a digi-box which gives us English tv. For the past month there has been an intermittent sign, asking us to take it back to 'our supplier' as the encryption is due to be changed on the first of October.

We have been hanging back a little as there is a ninety euro fee for this. Most of the folk we know have rushed back and paid the money. It seems that the bloke takes the box from them for around two seconds. Is he doing anything?

Having decided to wait until the day, it's still on so far. Bearing in mind that we live in Tenerife, is it possible for them to cut us off?
