Ok sat here eating my breakfast and told spug what my mum used to say and he laughed.

I was eating toast - and left the crusts and mum used to say eat your crusts and your hair will go curly!!! Well i didnt want my hair to go curly and so never eat the crusts!!! Another one was eat your carrots up so then you can see in the dark.

Any more?
