It says in the Observer that it will be built on stilts, with room for 600 cars. Now if you say it will be half full most of the time, thats 300 extra cars say per hour on Paradise Street together with the extra traffic coming to and from the new Health Centre and all the cars of the residents of Waterside Accrington ; I personally don`t think the road can take it, especially at the junction of Eagle Street and Blackburn Road.
