OOOOOOOOWWWW Granny... just seen this thread ... you got my tastebuds going now
havent had broth for soooooo long now .. my mum used to make the most delicious broth even when i had left home and had a family of my own she used to make panfulls of it and bring it round for me ... and since she passed away i have tried many times to get it to her standard but although its ok its never quite the same . But think i will get that pan out and have another go ..
