Fair play, at least she's making an effort. She must be the only Big Issue seller in the country that has a 30 mile commute to work. 
At least she's not a scumbag, pastie eating, tracksuit wearing, smoking and swering baby machine, like most other people on Broadway.

Mmm, Broadway sounds like it has changed a little since I was there 40 yrs ago. Didn't see any tracksuits back then.
