Yes, and Macclesfield was a big game for both clubs last year. Wrexham was a Tuesday night game last year, but down for a Friday, but then Wrexham fans are staying away in droves. There's so many variables it's difficult to develop a clear picture, but wouldn't like the club to get carried away with the slight upturn.
Thought the roof was a good point, so let's see what develops on the next Saturday games, Notts County, Rotherham and Rochdale. Being in or around the play off zone might help as well, but I like the way Wynonie put it,
"...which just goes to show, I suppose, that Friday nights are all well and good...until the novelty wears off."
Then again, if Beer and Curry sales are up ......... and so on.
