but there is a drop in most league attendances due to economic circumstances a lot of people have been cutting back in spending due to interest rate rises and instability due to northern rock and other global issues .mostly the first thing is leisure spending is cut back and a lot of league clubs are feeling the pinch ...thats why i think our friday nights are successful because attendances re rising and we are increasing the stanley fanbase.if we get a lot more home supporters we dont need to worry about the lesser supported away teams when they come to the fes and the big away supprted team will be a bonus and we wont need to rely on them to boost attendances it not just about getting a quick buck off away supporters its about building a sound and reliable income...
