The fact is that Accrington is a nationally, indeed internationally known name. Nobody outside the North West has heard of Ossy Mills. Accrington is that entity which companies would pay a small fortune for - a famous brand name. Accrington is by far the largest town in the borough, so it seems quite in order to me that it should be incorporated into the borough name.
