My treat is going to be a bowl of hot pumpkin soup when they get back (had to do something with all that pumpkin flesh that's been hollowed out, there's more than enough for a pie too). I've never made it before so fingers crossed it is a treat.

I've had pumpkin soup before and our neighbour kindly popped round with some pumpkin cake on Sunday evening....I can assure you that neither was a treat. Might just be me but I find pumpkin rather tasteless.
