There is one particular theory expounded by a Mr David Icke which proposes that the world is really run by a bunch of Lizards. Amongst these lizards are Prince Phillip, George Bush, Tony Blair, the freemasons, the illuminati and a lot of dodgy characters. Most people dismiss this theory out of hand, but for those of you have met Mr Oswaldtwistle - aka Garinda - know there must be substance in the theory.
