I dont porpose how it's done, thats for our legal big bodies to decide =)
If you ask me, Firework underage sales are just as dangerous as alcohol sales. I do think Fireworks should be sold strictly to over 21's only, with the same rules applying.. fines for selling/buying underage, and buying for people underage.
