Mark Ronson's album is ok as a novelty but you won't get value for money, as it has already aged quite badly within a few months of release. The Radiohead album will only please die hard fans who will listen to any pompous tripe the band makes (as they have done for years). The Foo Fighters album... not one of their best by a long shot. Which is disappointing really but quite inevitable, what with the majority of their last album filled with distinctly average songs, and of course the utter blandness of the music scene these days providing very little inspiration for bands.
However there is some light at the end of the tunnel with The Coral's new album. I can't recommend this enough - it's absolutely superb.
You want the best stuff? Dig through the 50s & 60s collections.
