I can’t understand why there should be an issue with the horse muck; during an average week you can find along the sea front from Talbot Road to Foxhall; sand, dog ****e, Human Blood, human excrement, Urine, vomit, used condoms, beer can’s, broken bottles, chip papers and common litter, more vomit, idiots lying in the gutter, poor public planning and hideous buildings.
