phone the papers...let them name and shame...and whats the worst they can do to you ?..
its their problem...if it were to go public let them deal with it.. as for this..
"If had an accident with the wrong plates on my car and the wrong reg on m insurance certificate would i have been insured???? did my car actuall have an MOT???????? was it actually taxed or have i been driving completley illegally for the past months??????? "...

that should never enter your head when buying a car..for that I would name and shame..
