Aye and as for it being too strong...
. . . it's espresso! I had that size while working in Miami. It was Cuban Espresso. Had never had it (of any kind) before. Seem to remember I stayed awake for a couple days after that.
Make my coffee somewhat strong but with cream/milk and honey!
