Neil please accept my apologies, I had no idea it was a rule of the site that I HAD to put a price in, I thought it would be ok to accept offers, obviously not!

Therefore just to please Neil, I would like £30.00 for the whole lot, which is a real bargain, as the house alone cost me £20.00 last year.
