I have been again this week-- arriving mid morning and leaving at noon -- no traffic jams. So the jams are rush hour related.
ie - at school run time 2.45 to 3.30pm, and between 4 and 6 pm and
maybe morning too (I wouldn't know - my mornings rarely start before 9.30am
)
