Samantha was in my history class at college last year. She was a bit of a moaner but I think they have a good point about the safety issue. What if it had blown up in her or the little girls face?

People might refer to them as moaners, but if it had hit you or your child in the face I can ensure that you would kick up a fuss about it, even if it was luckily just orange dust and small marks.

They wont get rid of the firework display, because I assume it brings money to the town and looks good for the council and whatever to have all the activities going on, and they wouldnt want to lose everyone to Blackburns switch on.
