Not 'quite' accurate bernadette, you have to make all 'reasonable' modifications.
e.g. our local Church has just converted a cellar for use with youth worship. Its down a load of steps either from the outside or internally. It would not be practical to make it accessible to wheelchair bound children. It was investigated whether a stair lift or something could be installed but we were advised that it was neither practical or safe in case of emergency exits. As it is it is not possible except of they were carried down . This is fully covered and there is no case for a discrimination case as due diligence was undertaken
